The online format is ideal if:

• You are abroad: Forced emigration, adaptation to a new culture, homesickness, or loss of identity. It is important to speak about this in your native language.

How it works (The Technical Setting)

We work via video call (Telegram, Viber, Google Meet, WhatsApp — by agreement).

For effective work, you will need:

• Privacy: A separate room where you are confident that no one can hear or disturb you during the session. This is a basic condition for your safety.
